What will my child/students learn?
Our students will be able to practice the English with our specially designed curriculum and sorted into classes depending on age and English proficiency.CAMP4ESL's unique curriculum will also encourage the students to speak English often with special and fun activities. All our students will return to their homes speaking English better, having higher self-esteem, and unforgettable memories .
What is Disney Youth Education Series (Y.E.S.) and CAMP4ESL?
Disney Youth Education Series is a collection of over 25 field studies that take place within the Disney Parks. All programs in science, arts and humanities and leadership and careers are designed to enhance classroom lessons with an emphasis on developing critical skills. Most programs last from 2.5-3 hours, are accredited and meet National Standards. Programs are offered at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. CAMP4ESL is a organizer company of English Camps at Disney for international students in North America. Our curriculum is designed for beginner to advanced students, to improve their speaking and listening skills. Our conversation based curriculum makes it very easy to speak, listen, read and write in English. Basic elements of our English instruction are excursions and out of classroom activities.
Are the programs offered by Disney Youth Education Series accredited?
Yes, most of the programs have been accredited in Travel Studies by the Northwest Accreditation Commission and align with National Standards.
What qualifications do Disney English Camps staff have?
All of our teaching staff are qualified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teachers, with a recognized TEFL qualification. We have many experienced teachers which speak English as their primary language

What type of visa should my child apply for Disney Summer Camp?
International students need to acquire a B-2 visa for a short visit. The B-2 visa is normally obtained at the United States embassy in your home country

Who is eligible to attend Disney English Camps?
Disney English Camps specialize in summer English programs for students age 12-18 teenagers looking to learn English and experience USA from all around the world. Low intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced levels of English are welcome.
What is the minimum number of student in a group?
Available to middle, junior and senior high school students of all ages from around the world traveling in groups of 16 or more plus chaperones .For younger ages please contact us and ask for special camp offer.

Do we have to be affiliated with school to participate in Disney English Camps?
No, Disney English camps programs are available to any youth organization, including Scouts, camps, daycares, and religious groups that meet the group size requirement of 16 or more students.
What if we don't have 16 students to meet the group size requirements?
As few as one student, and up to 15 students, may enroll in our Individual Enrollment – Disney English Camps. Select Disney Camps programs are offered on specific dates throughout the year at Walt Disney World® and Disneyland® Resort. These programs have a limited capacity so please be sure to contact us and apply as soon as possible to ensure your students' spot .We'll place your students if there is an available group for them.

How does our group apply/register for Disney English Camps?
Trip leaders /school representatives or parents should complete and submit a Disney Camps Enrollment Form and pay the full amount of camp fees at least EIGHT WEEKS prior to your arrival date. Please note: programs can reach their maximum capacity especially during peak school group travel seasons so early registration is highly recommended and are accepted up to one year in advance of arrival. Where do the students stay during the Disney English Camps?
Disney English Campers stay at Disney value or good neighbor hotels. Double occupancy, Students will enjoy beautiful, enjoyable, magical surrounding and comfortable rooms.
Do you offer meals?
Yes, Three meals a day(breakfast-lunch-diner) are included during the camp days. If your child has a food allergy, please inform your group leader and let us know. Students need to pay for snacks and extra drinks.
Can our chaperones attend Disney Youth Education Series programs?
Yes, a limited number of chaperones are permitted to attend Disney Youth Education Series programs. At Walt Disney World® Resort, the maximum adult to student ratio is one (1) adult for every five (5) students and at Disneyland® Resort the ratio is (1) adult per 10 students.
Can our chaperones attend English (ESL) classes during the camp?
No. Only students can attend to our ESL programs not chaperones or parents.
Does Disney English Camps provide transportation?
Yes, all transportation services are included during the camp days in the USA. Camp price is all inclusive except round trip flight tickets between home country to USA. Families/Partner Representatives/your school need to book the flights for Disney English Camps.
Is there an extra cost for medical insurance?
It is already included in the price – we buy health insurance for every student. All Disney Camps students are required to carry medical insurance for the entire duration of camp. . In addition please make sure your child brings any medications, if he or she needs them.
What is the best way to get payment to you?
Payments may be made by credit cards or international wire at least EIGHT WEEKS in advance. All payments, must be made in US funds. We will not accept checks drawn on a foreign bank. Disney English Camps payment confirmation and invoices will be sent out to families or booking organizations prior to the session.
What should I pack for Disney Summer Camp?
Campers must be able to care for their own personal needs and be comfortable spending two or four weeks away from home.

How do I contact my child when they are at the camp?
Before your child arrives at the Disney English Camp location, each parent will be sent the information pack, which gives you the contact details of the camps, the emergency phone number, and information about the best time to contact your child while they are at the Disney Camp. Our staff will help your child contact you when they have arrived.
Can a student leave the Camp centre for a short time if they have permission from their parents? For example, to visit a relative who lives near to the centre.
Yes, as long as you contact the centre in advance to arrange this.
It is also permissible to have a parent or relative take a student out of the centre for a short time, again as long as they have contacted the centre in advance to arrange this.
Parents or relatives who accompany the student away from the camp location will be asked to sign an absentee form, to leave their passport with the Disney Camps group leader, and to give a contact number in case of emergency
What are the rules about behavior ? What happens if a student breaks the rules?
The consequences for bad behavior or breaking the rules depends on the age of the student and their actions, but Disney Camps can if necessary remove a student from the program, or even arrange to send them home, without refund of fees.
Behavior which is not permitted includes:

Leaving the camp unaccompanied or being absent from lessons, activities or meals for any students under the age of 18·

Purchasing or drinking alcohol while under age (according to local age laws)·

Possession of illegal substances·

Threatening or bullying behavior· Smoking on camp premises, coaches or public transport or other areas where smoking is forbidden
What is your cancellation policy?
Your cancellation must be received in writing prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Refunds are available to your group as long as the request is submitted in writing within the required timeframe. Cancellation fee begins immediately once money has been applied to the registration. Refund processing time is about 4-5 weeks. No refund will be given for any missed days or class/trip/activities during the camp days. Disney English Camps cancellation fee applies according to the below schedule.
